Smart control
7" touchscreen for the ultrasonic scaler: operable with gloves
The large 7" LCD touchscreen responds to touch even through gloves or protective film. It offers 12 flow adjustment levels and 12 power levels, with three working programmes: Cleaning (G), Periodontics (P) and Endodontics (E).
Automatic mode recognition is one of its key differentiators: the unit detects which handpiece has been lifted from the holder and switches the working mode instantly, with no manual input.

"Painless" technology: piezoelectric ultrasonics for pain-free treatment
The scaler's elliptical vibration disperses the impact force between the tip and the tooth, allowing work at 0° to the tooth surface and achieving 360° cleaning. The result is effective scaling that significantly reduces patient discomfort.
The YZ-2L handpiece is detachable, autoclavable and compatible with EMS-type tips. The built-in water heater eliminates the sensitivity caused by cold water. Water can be supplied from an independent reservoir or the mains, and clinical solutions such as chlorhexidine or hypochlorite can be used.

Titanium scaler tips: prophylaxis, periodontics, endodontics and implants
The PT-A includes 14 titanium alloy tips designed to cover every clinical need: prophylaxis, periodontics, endodontics and implant maintenance.
Their HRC30 hardness is lower than that of tooth enamel (conventional stainless steel reaches HRC50), ensuring the tips do not damage tooth surfaces. Working at 0° to the tooth surface allows effective polishing with no risk to the tissues.
2-in-1 air polisher
Supragingival and subgingival dental air polisher in a single unit
The AP-1 (supragingival) handpiece delivers a ø0.7mm powder jet surrounded by a ring of water that protects the soft tissues, and is compatible with 40–65μm sodium bicarbonate and glycine powders. Its anti-clogging, aerodynamic design prevents pressure loss and blockages.
The AP-2 (subgingival) handpiece, made of flexible medical-grade polymer with 360° rotation, reaches hard-to-access areas, delivering three powder jets and one water jet. Compatible with 25μm glycine.
Clinical effectiveness
Removal of plaque, staining and biofilm: superior clinical results
The air polisher is particularly effective in hard-to-reach areas: occlusal and interproximal surfaces, orthodontic brackets and peri-implant areas. After ultrasonic scaling, air polishing leaves a smoother tooth surface, reducing future plaque and stain build-up.
Subgingival treatment effectively controls inflammation around natural teeth and in peri-implantitis, reducing probing depth more precisely than traditional scaling. It does not scratch the tooth surface or damage the soft tissues.
Hands-free control
Multifunction foot pedal for the ultrasonic scaler with 4 working modes
The multifunction foot pedal keeps the clinician's hands free during treatment. It activates Boost mode to increase power temporarily and switches between working modes without touching the screen.
Dual water reservoir
600 ml and 1,400 ml water reservoirs with built-in heater
The PT-A includes two interchangeable water reservoirs made of anti-corrosion material: a 600 ml one for short sessions and a 1,400 ml one for long sessions or several patients.
Both can be used with special clinical solutions such as chlorhexidine, hydrogen peroxide or sodium hypochlorite. The built-in water heater markedly improves patient comfort. A mains water supply can also be connected.
Universal compatibility
Scaler compatible with EMS-type tips: 360° LED and autoclavable
The YZ-2L handpiece uses the standard thread system compatible with EMS-type tips, one of the most widespread connections on the dental market, giving access to a wide range of tips for different clinical indications.
It features 360° LED lighting, separates into three parts for thorough cleaning and is autoclavable. The warranty is 24 months for the unit and 12 months for the handpieces.
