The most popular Ultradent products on Dentaltix are the Ultrapack Retractor Thread and Opalescence Bleach.

Ultradent is an extraordinary dental products company in many ways, especially for being a family business still run by its founder, Dr. Dan Fischer. Back in the 1970s, while still a student at Loma Linda University in California, Dr. Dan Fischer developed products to correct material deficiencies and improve dental procedures. His first creation, the hemostatic agent Astringedent, allowed him to establish his own business in 1979. The first product line of Ultradent began to be elaborated in the same address of Fischer, thanks to the work of members of the family. From those distant days to today, Ultradent has become one of the most successful dental products companies in the world, with more than 1000 employees.

Dr. Fischer established his company on very strong pillars: fundamental values and a well-defined vision to improve oral health around the world. The primary objective of product development has always been to preserve the natural tooth structure. Dr. Fischer underlines the importance of choosing the least invasive form of treatment: sealing of pits and fissures before restorations; Bleaching before veneers; Composite restorations before crowns. Nowadays, modern developments allow the dentist to apply more and more conservative techniques, particularly in the field of adhesion. Although there is no restorative material that is absolutely permanent, the use of modern techniques and products allows patients to save time and retain their teeth more effectively and durably than before.

Ultradent has long been considered the most innovative dental products company in terms of the placement of materials. In the philosophy of Dr. Dan Fischer, the technique of application plays a central role in the treatment of the patient. He states that "a product is only really suitable in practice if the application technique is optimal". This is why most Ultradent products are supplied in 1.2 ml syringes for direct placement (with specific syringe tips). This ensures a clean, accurate and fast placement while saving material.

All products included in this website have been designed to meet these fundamental objectives, namely to preserve the natural tooth structure through the least invasive treatment possible, applying products directly and effectively. We trust you will enjoy the products as much as we do.
